  • Juicer

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Cup Wheatgrass
  • 1 Bunch Celery
  • 2 Large Cucumbers
  • 3 Apples
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Inch Ginger

Instructions
 

  • Wash & cut produce prior to processing. Juice all ingredients, and enjoy!

    Kalia is an absolute doll! 🙂 And I agree with her….green juice is yummy. 🙂 And the kiddos are more apt to drink or eat whatever they have a hand in making. 🙂






    • I agree. It wasn’t easy to switch my kids from processed foods to whole foods in the beginning, but the more it became the “norm” the more they opened up and began enjoying healthier foods. Kids are easy, it’s the parents we have to work on!

    She’s such a cutie! It’s great that you’re teaching her how to eat healthy from an early age. It seems that the eating habits they establish when they’re young tend to be the ones that stick with them for a lifetime. Good job momma!






    • You can do a smoothie but it’s totally different. The smoothie will still have the fiber intact and will take a bit more to digest whereas the juice is a straight shot to the system. We like to do smoothies and juice. It just depends upon the day. And thank you for the sweet compliments. I’ll tell her. 🙂
