Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups ice
- 1 3/4 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 1/2 cups filtered water
- 2 dates (pitted)
- 2 tsp matcha
- 5 drops liquid stevia (optional)
- 1/2 inch vanilla bean (optional)
- 1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
Notes
I like A LOT of matcha each morning, and this recipe yields a little over 4 cups, but feel free to cut it in half if desired!
